Metrowest Women's Fund Grants
The Metrowest Women's Fund (MWF) seeks to support programs that meet the needs of women and girls living with low incomes in Metrowest. There are three impact areas that will be considered for grant allocations:
1. Educational Opportunity with a focus on needs of low income women and girls.
2. Girls: The Next Generation with a focus on particular needs of girls from low incomes.
3. Safety From Violence with a focus on domestic violence, senior abuse, sexual assault, and survivors of the commercial sex trade.

Grant Guidelines
Geographic Limitations
MWF supports non-profit organizations serving the residents of the following Metrowest, MA towns: Acton, Ashland, Boxborough, Carlisle, Concord, Dedham, Dover, Framingham, Harvard, Holliston, Hopkinton, Hudson, Lexington, Lincoln, Marlborough, Maynard, Medfield, Medway, Milford, Millis, Natick, Needham, Newton, Sherborn, Southborough, Stow, Sudbury, Walpole, Waltham, Wayland, Wellesley, Westborough, Weston and Westwood.
Application Deadline
Applications must be received no later than 5:00 PM EST, April 1, 2024. Incomplete or late applications may not be considered.
Eligibility
The Metrowest Women’s Fund grants program is limited to nonsectarian programming for women and girls in Metrowest of all religious and ethnic backgrounds. Programs sponsored by religious organizations are eligible provided the enrollment is open to all qualified women and girls and the program is free of mandatory sectarian religious instruction.
MWF welcomes applications from first time applicants, those who have applied before, and organizations that have received MWF grants previously.
Application Procedure
The application is electronic and completed online. Organizations can create and save application drafts and make changes any time prior to submission.

Review Process
Priority will be given to organizations that involve women and/or girls in program development and organizational leadership.
The MWF Grants Allocation Committee will review all eligible applications and make final funding decisions to be conveyed to applicants by the first week of June.
Grant Awards will be announced publicly in June 2024.
Reporting Requirements
Grantee Partners will be required to submit a brief Midyear Report on the use of the grant via an online form, due November 1, 2024.
Grantee Partners will attend one MWF sponsored event within the course of their grant cycle.
